The lovely rikoo-chan 
allowed me to colour her line art of Byakuya. ([link] and coloured here [link])
The title is a reference to how Yoruichi doesn't address the head of the noble house of Kuchiki in a respectful manner. Certainly this must be a practice kitty; there's no way he could make Yoruichi sweatdrop.
It's difficult to colour a mainly black & white character with prismacolor markers when you don't own a set of greys! Hope the cat doesn't disappear too much.
